Hi.

Perhaps this should be rather and RFP against wnpp, but I'm not sure whether xrootd
is part of the rootd soureces or not (there's also something at SLAC's website).

Anyway,... I'd love to see all the xrootd stuff packaged.
Server, the client tools like xrdcp, etc. pp.
