Basically, copy your debian/control to debian/control.in
Set these fields:
Maintainer: Debian GNOME Maintainers
<pkg-gnome-maintainers@lists.alioth.debian.org>
Uploaders: Samuel Henrique <samueloph@debian.org>, @GNOME_TEAM@
Add --with gnome to your dh line in debian/rules
Run fakeroot debian/rules clean to update debian/control
