About jqplotToImage licensing, I've checked

and now README.md says:

This code is licensed under the same terms as http://www.jqplot.com/info.php, and there:
jqPlot is an open source project dual licensed under the MIT and GPL version 2 licenses. You are free to choose the license that best suits your project.

I think this is clear enough... are you still interested in packaging libjs-jquery-jqplot?

I'm trying to package urbackup-server, using a lot of js libraries including jqplot, it'd be very nice if there's a jqplot package itself, instead of having to include all that code of those libraries...
