Opengcs can be used in a very specific environment and I think it may
not be particularly useful to have it packaged and maintained in
Debian, while it would require effort to keep it updated. Considering
that instead of converting the bug to RFP I'm just closing it, feel
free to reopen the bug as an RFP or ITP if feel so.
