Bug#895514: Backport for jessie

Hello,

FWIW I made a backport to jessie too. It required backports of utf8proc
and tesseract to build. But at runtime you only need the backported
libutf8proc2.

Here are the full packages:
$ dget https://people.debian.org/~hertzog/packages/utf8proc_2.0.2-1~bpo8+1_amd64.changes
$ dget https://people.debian.org/~hertzog/packages/tesseract_3.04.01-5~bpo8+1_amd64.changes
