Bug#620511: ITP: ipt-netflow -- netfilter target which sends traffic statistics via NetFlow

A close-to-production, dkms-based packaging is available at
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/iptables-netflow
While the binary package name will be iptables-netflow-dkms, I'm still
unsure if I rather should go with upstream's "ipt-netflow" as the
source package name, or if I should stay with the current
"iptables-netflow" which closer to the binary package name.
