Hi as it stands the package I prepared for version 0.22:
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-javascript/node-cheerio.git
builds on testing but two tests are failing.

And in the meantime upstream has released 1.0.0-rc.1 and 1.0.0-rc.2.

Do you need it for something specific ?
Would 0.22 suffice your needs ?
In this case I can migrate the repo to salsa and disable the two failing tests, and you could sponsor the upload.

Alternatively we can wait for 1.0.0.
