Bug#917039: RFP: pyphen -- Python hyphenation module

Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist

* Package name    : pyphen
  Version         : 0.9.5
  Upstream Author : Guillaume Ayoub <guillaume.ayoub@kozea.fr>
* URL             : https://pyphen.org/
* License         : GPL 2.0+/LGPL 2.1+/MPL 1.1
  Programming Lang: Python
  Description     : Python hyphenation module

Pyphen is a pure Python module to hyphenate text using existing
Hunspell hyphenation dictionaries. This module is a fork of
python-hyphenator, written by Wilbert Berendsen.

Pyphen is a dependency of weasyprint, which i want to see in debian,
because an upcoming version of xml2rfc is likely to use it (and
because weasyprint looks very useful more generally, RFP to follow
shortly).

Note that upstream pyphen ships a copy of all the hyphenation
libraries. Packaging it for debian ought probably to Depend:
hyphen-hyphenation-patterns instead.
