Package: wnpp

The package t38modem is not actively maintained anymore. Therefore, I
orphan this package now, also in reference to a mail the MIA team has
received from the VoIP Team. I'm doing this in the hope that someone
steps up as a new maintainer, as the package is currently RC buggy and
will not be released with buster.

Maintaining a package requires time and skills. Please only adopt this
package if you will have enough time and attention to work on it.

If you want to be the new maintainer, please see
https://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/#howto-o for detailed
instructions how to adopt a package properly.
