  Description     : Dayi 3-key table for hime input method

This is one of the Chinese input method table called Dayi.

This table is shipped with hime source code but the package uses
dfsg-sanitized tarball packed by hime upstream, and I am packaging this
to fulfill the missing piece.

It is considered non-free because the license does not allow users to
modify the relations, though changes on the presentation of the relations
is permitted.

Basically, its packaging is the same reason as gcin one (#674680) but
with different IME.
