Bug#906907: ITP: pw -- A simple command-line password manager

Hello,

this seems to be a duplicate of 903814 and 903815, which were revoked and closed. It would be wise to demonstrate how the previously highlighted issues have been addressed.

- There is no temporary unencrypted tar file stored on disk. This has been fixed by streamlining encrypt/decrypt operations with pipes, so that there is no need for a temporary file.
- The time that the archive is unencrypted is minimized.
- Repository hosted on gitlab.
- Other small changes not necessarily raised as issues.

Best,
Andrius
