Bug#884253: GPXsee package

"upstream unwillingness to address a serious licensing issue" ??!
What the hell are you talking about?! The licensing of GPXSee is fully transparent which
have been confirmed by the OpenSUSE and Fedora licensing teams that had no
objections when adding GPXSee to their distributions (the licenses are since then
checked with every version update).

Today, almost every major distribution (as well as FreeBSD) with exception of Debian
and its derivates includes GPXSee and not a single one of them had any problems
with licensing. So please STOP spreading this FUD of "serious licensing issue"!
