It's time for it to go. As described above, repeatedly QA-fixing FTBFS
bugs in a piece of software doesn't keep it alive. There are many kinds
of software where this would be the case, but a bug tracker needs far
more love. And this one is functionally dead upstream as well.
By the virtue of being a test of the "ITR" concept, no one can say this
removal was unannounced. Thus... to the ftp guys we go!
