A configuration tool for the LightDM display manager

This tool currently lets users configure slick-greeter.

Since this package is already configured for Debian, and may be found pre-
packaged in the linux mint repositiories, I hope it will be possible to add it
to the Debian repositories as well, especially since slick-greeter is already
included.
