We are really interested in this package, especially since it is the only one among the dependencies of Kafka Burrow (
https://github.com/linkedin/Burrow) that is not already in Debian. I'd also love and support the idea of having Burrow packaged in Sid soon; it is a critical and important tool for whoever manages a Kafka cluster nowadays.
