  Description     : Natural Language Processing with Python - book

It would be useful to have a local copy of the "Natural Language Processing with Python" book. This would go well with the 
existing python3-nltk package. I am willing to package it, however I would need a sponsor. A challenge would be versioning 
as the GitHub project does not appear to be using releases. However, it does not seem to change too frequently and might be 
kept up-to-date with commits. Alternatively, a snapshot aligned with NLTK releases could work.
