control: retitle ITP: simpleitk -- cross-platform image analysis toolkit
I have been iterating with upstream to get SimpleITK in a easier
packaging state. I believe it is now in a state where we can start
producing something.
The packaging of each wrapper will happen on a per-request basis, as I
don't have enough knowledge about all the languages covered by
SimpleITK to make them happen at once. For now, I intend to focus on
the common C++ core and the Python wrapper.
