I merged the bugs so both ITPs are closed when the package on mentors
is uploaded.

I gave it a quick look at to my eyes it looks good.  Unfortunately I'm
not yet able to sponsor uploads.  Would you please go to the mentors
page for this package, generate a template, and file an RFS bug if
you're ready for it to be uploaded?  After that, your sponsor might
ask you to change some things to make the package meet his or her
standards/preferences.
