let's convert this to an RM:

* it has 2 rc bugs
* it has not seen any upload except for the first one
* upstream declared it dead 4 years ago (when they updated README.rst
at https://github.com/MrJoes/tornadio2)
* popcon of 10

let's please remove it from debian
