Bug#792607: spigot != spigot

Control: retitle -1 RFP: spigot.py -- Post to the Pump.io social network automatically from (RSS) feeds

spigot (the exact real calculator, named after the `spigot algorithm',
which it implements) is now in testing.

spigot (the Python pump.io client) is still waiting in hope for a
contributor.

As the Debian maintainer of spigot (the exact real calculator), I felt
that it was appropriate to claim the command name `spigot' for the
exact real calculator, because: the calculator is a command line
utility for interactive use; and, the pump.io client seems to expect
to be invoked by upstream as `spigot.py'. After that the decision to
claim the package name `spigot' seemed to follow.

I did search for other spigot programs and commands and none seemed
likely to be troubled by /usr/bin/spigot being the exact real
calculator.

I'm not sure what the best package name for the Python pump.io client
is, but for now I am retitling this bug to request `spigot.py'.

For reference, I think pump.io is cool and I certainly don't want to
get in the way of better support for pump.io in Debian. If I knew
more about pump.io and/or Python packaging I might even consider
packaging it.

As it is, the best I can do is offer to sponsor somehow who
understands these things more than I do.

Regards,
Ian.
