Bug#791801: Unofficial bootstrap nodes are still up

Hi all,

I just wanted to add that I still maintain two working bootstrap nodes,
one with packages, the other only DHT:

www.mxchange.org:9977
www.mxchange.org:9976

You may want to add these both to your apt-p2p.conf file as first 2
nodes and remove the other (no longer existing).

I do this because this is the way it should be, saving bandwidth of the
Debian mirrors with an (almost, see bootstrapping) fully decentralized
p2p network.

deb-torrent in comparison has the "small" disadvantage of having a
tracker in place, new torrent leecher/seeders may need it running to be
able to find new nodes. PEX (peer exchange) may solve this but only for
already booted (no "virgin") nodes, not new ones as the
chicken-egg-problem is there.

The code itself has been fixed long time ago (I did it almost
immediately after it broke and that was long time ago). You can find my
changes at [1] where they can be publicly downloaded through GIT
protocol [2]

As you can see, no new development did take place as I have almost no
knowledge in Python. If you would like to take it over (not my repos),
you can just clone it and push it on any other GIT server and let me
know the public URL so I can merge your changes back into my code.

Best regards,
Roland Haeder
