 Pydot3 is a Python 3 interface to Graphviz's Dot. It's compatible with both
 Python 2.7 and Python 3.x. Graphviz is a rich set of graph drawing tools.

Note: this is a build-depends for ironic-inspector, the part of OpenStack
Ironic that checks for new hardware before provisionning.
