  Description : hypertextual information manager

GNU Hyperbole is an efficient and programmable hypertextual
information management system implemented as a GNU Emacs package. It
is a toolkit and user interface for viewing, retrieving and
interlinking all kinds of textual information, utilizing Emacs for
editing most of that information. Thus, you can build new classes of
applications with it, but most people use it to speed their day-to-day
    information management and retrieval needs.
