Simple functional bidirectional ring type.

Given that the ring terminiology clashes with certain mathematical
branches, we're using the term CList or CircularList instead.

This package is required for latest upstream version of haskell-brick.

This package will be maintained under the umbrella of the Debian Haskell
Group.
