Bug#693230: multimail ITA update
The last snapshot I was working with was from 20150922. Reviewing both
of the current upstream git repositories[1][2], there have been
updates since then (including earlier this year) so will need to
create a new snapshot and then work with that. (But also plan to ask
upstream about if there will be an actual release any time soon.)
