The documentation for theano stable (0.9.0, this package) says 0.6.2:

For the development version (0.10.0~beta3), it contradicts itself, 
listing 0.6.5, 0.6.9 and 0.7.1; I will report this as an upstream bug.

Debian currently has libgpuarray 0.6.9 (and has never had less than 
0.6.8 outside of experimental); the latest is 0.7.3.
