I found goldendict zim support mentioned here:

goldendict in sid uses libzim since this month (September 2017):

I haven't tested this myself yet.
It looks like goldendict's zim integration is being compiled, but
libzim2 / libzim-dev isn't actually linked in nor depended upon yet:
