I've just uploaded mali-midgard, which is the first part of this project to be ready. That is the kernel driver for the midgard (and bifrost) series GPUs (6xx, 7xx). In practice it only works on the Rockchip rk3288 SoC currently as that's the only one with DTB support. Support will be expanded to other hardware over time, and the binary drivers uploaded too fairly soon. Thanks very much to Guillaume Tucker who did nearly all the heavy-lifting for this.
