This is a framework for evolutionary computation. It seems that it isn't
actively developed anymore but however, this is a requirement of Gamera
(document analysis framework). It's shipped as convenience package, but I
would like to have it stripped/separated. Maybe somebody would like to work
on that, if not I'm going to package this.
