Hello everybody!

I intend to make a package for Microsoft Guidelines Support Library
(GSL). It's a build dependency of new version of telegram-desktop v1.0.27.

The package is ready, I need to get a wnpp bug number. I hope you'll be 
able to download the package [1] after a few minutes.
