Hi Matthew,

that's all right with me. I was looking out for a somewhat experienced Debian packager (because many people
adopting packages are expecting a complete personal walkthrough on Debian packaging, which can't be provided),
but it appears you have a great background for this package, so please go on.

If you could bring this package to being ready to enter unstable and working together with Theano as a
backend I'll sponsor the upload you need to close the ITA (intend-to-adopt, please change the RFA bug
report into that as the next step), and also beyond that.

If you need pointers on particular issues please reach me.
