Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Hi, neither me nor my co-maintainer (Cc'ed) use dphys-config anymore, hence we we can't provide the proper amount of awareness about its issues anymore. So it would be nice if the package would be maintained by someone who's actually using it on a daily base and keeps up the high standards I had for the package when I was still using it. It also triggers postinstall scripts whenever their associated config file has been changed. It can also remove config files, including running an preremove script before doing so. All this is driven by an simple config file list. dphys-config is capable of reporting update failure or success to a Xymon (formerly Hobbit) monitoring server. dphys-config features an interactive mode and a non-interactive diff mode to check what would be updated. We'll nevertheless continue to keep it in shape, at least with regards to release-critical bugs. Accordingly this RFA may only be changed to "O:" by myself, my co-maintainer, with my or my co-maintainer's acknowledgement or if the MIA team considers both of us being MIA.
