I think these names are fine:

* They don't violate the Policy.
* The binary package's name clearly refers to Python 3
  and is "namespaced".

Well, to be honest, I don't like the dot in the source package's name
but I wholly admit this is absolutely an aesthetic thing :-)
(Being a programmer, I have a certain set of skews related to dots in
identifiers of various types of things.)

TL;DR
The names appear to be just fine.
