Bug#775747: Update ginger to latest upstream release 2.3

Dear mentors,

We are working to make ginger's latest upstream release 2.3 available to 
Debian.

Starting with 2.0, Ginger is now a Wok plugin and depends on wok (ITP 
846595) and ginger-base (ITP 846598) packages, for which we are also 
going to provide and maintain updates every Debian release.

We will soon provide package uploads.

We look for a sponsor.
