QtSpeech provides support for text-to-speech and speech recognition in
Qt applications.

This package contains the development files needed to build Qt 5
applications using the QtSpeech library.

We want to package it within the Debian Qt/KDE Maintainers
<debian-qt-kde@lists.debian.org> umbrella and support for it would be
great for newer KDE Applications. This package is currently in Alpha,
but it would be good to ensure compatibility with packages that require it.
