I guess this is up to the packager/maintainer.  I myself prefer to
include the .js suffix in order to be as close as possible from
upstream.  My rationale is that someone who wants to include this
library as a dependency will either look for the upstream package name,
or look for some substring that is part of the upstream package name.

But either way, I guess this depends on the preference of the
maintainer.
