Hello,

Given that:

 * I'm using xl2tpd
 * I do not see a different l2tp client daemon in debian
 * xl2tpd is scheduled for removal from testing soon
 * I feel I would be more than capable
 * There's an upstream release that fixes a bug that affects me

I'm considering adopting. However:

 * I don't know how to approach the RC bug yet
 * I am not a debian developer

How can we proceed?
