We can upload all packages together to contrib first and then move them to main when they work with packaged versions. I have uploaded the packages here https://people.debian.org/~praveen/babel/ We need to fix rollup and lerna builds with packaged babel to move further. Some problems are being discussed in pkg-javascript-devel list.
