Bug#837662: packaging status

The related package homer-api has been uploaded and is now in Debian:

https://packages.qa.debian.org/h/homer-api.html


A repository has been created for homer-ui:

https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-voip/homer-api.git

and a package can be built by cloning it and running debuild or
dpkg-buildpackage


Some of the JavaScript needs to be moved to standalone packages before
the package can be uploaded.  RFP bugs have been opened for each
third-party JavaScript library in the main package.


Also need to verify that upstream is not depending on any CDN hosted
content, some of these were found in the code when I first looked at it:

    https://oss.maxcdn.com/libs/html5shiv/3.7.0/html5shiv.js
    https://oss.maxcdn.com/libs/respond.js/1.4.2/respond.min.js

but these are being removed upstream.
