Bug#848260: ITP: sidedoor -- SSH connection daemon

Package: wnpp
Owner: Dara Adib <daradib@ocf.berkeley.edu>
Severity: wishlist

* Package name    : sidedoor
  Version         : 0.1
  Upstream Author : Dara Adib <daradib@ocf.berkeley.edu> (self)
* URL             : https://github.com/daradib/sidedoor
* License         : GPLv3
  Programming Lang: Shell
  Description     : SSH connection daemon

sidedoor maintains an SSH connection or tunnel. Useful as a poor man's VPN.

It's just a simple shell loop with a systemd service, user, and config
defaults (e.g., SSH ServerAliveInterval). I don't know of any similar
alternatives. Worth having in Debian or too trivial?

If so, would be nice to try to get it in before the stretch soft
freeze. I need a sponsor. I will add a manpage and legacy init script
to pass lintian.

Thanks,
Dara
