Ideally the packaging repository should be in the pkg-java group on
Alioth (this impacts the Vcs-* fields in debian/control). I created an
empty Git repository for it:
ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-java/dnssecjava.git

Do you want me to upload it when it's ready? I got a quick look, it
seems it was generated with mh_make on Jessie, I'd recommended preparing
new packages on Debian unstable instead. Fortunately it doesn't make a
big difference for this package (debhelper 9 instead of 10 and CDBS
instead of DH).
