I know; however casacore in the moment provides a table with ICRF1; see
f.e. ftp://ftp.astron.nl/outgoing/Measures/WSRT_Measures.ztar
If there is no reason to stay with ICRS1, I would use ICRF2; I will
however see if some arguments pop up upstream:
