I request an adopter for the hexchat package.

My life situation is very different than it was when I first started
maintaining hexchat. Despite a few efforts to keep it going anyway, I have
determined that I don't have enough time to devote to this and do it
properly. 

Upstream is very cooperative and helpful - main contact is TingPing in the
#hexchat channel on Freenode. And I am reachable by email/around on IRC enough
to make the transition smooth and help you get familiarized. 

Thanks. This is a good program with a pretty wide userbase and it should
stay in the archive.
