Note that the issue with the testing errors that is still present.

Note also that the upstream respository  at following location is  a fork:

The authors current repository for the package is also on GitHub and an issue was been opened there regarding the same errors that are coming up during a build:

https://github.com/einhverfr/PGObject-Util-PseudoCSV/issues/1

So, further progress on this ITP is still pending resolution of those testing errors.
