Modrana is a flexible GPS navigation system for mobile Linux devices.
I think it's unique because there doesn't seem to be any service which
renders tiles locally without having a server and database configured.
With modrana, it seems it may be possible. I do not know of any other
app. which may give this feature. It may be possible to have this
application co-maintained under python-apps-packaging team . See
