is to organize a Knowledge-Base about characters in the world,
especially Kanji characters.

Chaon model is an architecture for text processing with character
objects, instead of coded characters.

XEmacs CHISE is a text editor implementation of CHISE Chaon model,
which can handle various Kanji characters.
