Description : firmware loader for cameras based on Ricoh R5U87x chipsets

This package contains a firmware loader for cameras based on Ricoh R5U87x
chipsets that are UVC (USB video class) compliant.

Please note that the firmware itself is not included because of its unclear
copyright and license status. The package contains a script that helps users
download the necessary firmware from the upstream repository if they wish.
The script is located at /usr/share/r5u87x/r5u87x-download-firmware.sh .
