It has been orphaned in 2014. https://launchpad.net/me-tv/ has newer releases, but they date back to 2012, so they are unlikely to contain fixes for a new g++ either. Similarly it says that it is in need of a new upstream maintainer: NOTE: Me-TV project currently needs new maintainer.
