not yet ;) and it was not an intentional, but a slip -- binary
package was renamed, but we forgot about source package

Dear ftpmasters -- please reject singularity package in NEW, I
will reupload with renamed source package as well.

I guess you mean the initial ITP bug report... I did file it with
reportbug and those usually X-Debbugs-Cc the d-devel@ ... if didn't
happen this time -- not sure how.
