The Data Binding Library enables Android application developers to write
declarative layouts and minimize the glue code necessary to bind application
logic and layouts.

This packages intends to provide Android libraries (AARs) of Data Binding
Library for Android, however it building AARs needs the Android Plugin for
Gradle, which is being packaged at the time. Building the Android Plugin for
Gradle also needs a Java library in this package, hence at the time
src:android-platform-frameworks-data-binding only provides the Java library used
to build the Android Plugin for Gradle.
